As a professional cosmetologist, Dawn is always at the top of her game. Having been certified in Matrix`s C.R.A.F.T. specialty education program, Dawn understands the need to stay current with the latest style trends and fashions and as a Color Specialist, Dawn loves to educate others on color enhancing.
