DO YOU EVER DISCOUNT YOUR PRODUCTS?
The best way to check for special offers is to sign up for our e-mails. We also plan to celebrate our customers by occasionally offering coupon codes, which will be advertised on our Website.  

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you choose to return your purchase and/or contact us about a problem with our product within 60 days of purchase, we will issue you a full product refund. Salon Comfort is committed to ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. In the event that you have a concern or choose to return a product you have purchased directly from Salon Comfort, please call us at 855-772-5569, send email to CustomerService@SalonComfort.com, or fill out the form on our Comments page with information about your return request. Our customer service team is interested in hearing your feedback and will provide you with return instructions. 

DOES SALON COMFORT ALLOW EXCHANGES?
Not at this time. However, if you return a product because it arrives damaged, we can arrange to send you a new product. Kindly speak with our Customer Service Department at

DOES SALON COMFORT PAY FOR RETURN POSTAGE?

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCTS ARRIVE DAMAGED?
View our policy for damaged or defective items: If you detect a defect, please advise us so we can correct it. If your product arrived damaged or defective in some way, please call our Customer Service Department at 855-772-5569 to receive detailed product return instructions and an RMA number. You will need your order number (available online when you sign in and view your order history). You also will need to provide a detailed description of the damage or defect.

Keep in mind we can only accept returns if the merchandise was purchased from SalonComfort.com or TheSpallow.com.

SPALLOW QUESTIONS

I HAVE A LATEX ALLERGY®. DOES SPALLOW CONTAIN LATEX®? 
Salon Comfort products are Latex® free. The Spallow cushion is covered with a soft, wipeable, mock leather fabric designed for optimal comfort and function. The Spallow adapters are made of molded foam. Spallow Caps are made of plastic with elastic bands.

I JUST HAD NECK SURGERY. IS IT SAFE TO USE SPALLOW?
Some doctors recommend using Spallow when visiting a salon after your surgery, providing that your own physician has cleared you for return to normal activity. If you are post-surgical, we highly recommend that you ask your personal physician for advise before using Spallow.

IS SPALLOW A CURE FOR MY NECK CONDITION?
Salon Comfort does not recommend Spallow as an alternative to appropriate medical care for neck pain. If you suffer from neck pain, we encourage you to see a qualified healthcare provider. Spallow was developed to facilitate a more enjoyable and relaxing experience at the salon sink. It is not a cure. It's a comfort.

DOES SPALLOW COME IN DIFFERENT SIZES?
No. Spallow is a one-of-a-kind salon neck rest system uniquely designed to fit the vast majority of salon sinks.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF SPALLOW IS EVER OUT OF STOCK?
The product pages of our Website will advise you in the event that an item is out of stock.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY SPALLOW?
Salon Comfort has worked out that problem in advance. Although the Spallow may be wiped clean with a soft damp cloth, Salon Comfort offers disposable plastic Spallow Caps to help keep your Spallow clean and dry during treatment at a salon sink. 

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY SPALLOW?
Between uses, store your Spallow in the carry bag provided with your Spallow System kit. The kit contains the Spallow neck pillow, salon sink basin adapter, and a supply of Spallow Caps. Store your Spallow or Spallow System in locations with moderate temperatures. To keep your Spallow in excellent condition, avoid extreme heat and freezing cold.

DO I NEED TO USE SPALLOW CAPS WITH MY SPALLOW?
Salon Comfort recommends that you cover your Spallow with a Spallow Cap when using it at a salon sink. Use of our sanitary and disposable Spallow Caps will help your Spallow stay clean and dry.

CAN I WASH MY SPALLOW IN A WASHING MACHINE?
Salon Comfort advises against washing your Spallow in a washing machine. Inside your Spallow is a patent-pending formulation of Memory Foam and silicone gel that should not be exposed to wringing or extreme soaking. To keep your Spallow clean, cover it with a Spallow Cap when in use at a salon sink.

SALON CHAIR QUESTIONS

CAN I USE SPALLOW WITHOUT THE SALON COMFORT SINK ADAPTER?
For best results, the Spallow is designed for use with the sink adapter, which holds the neck rest in place with a Velcro pad. At Salon Comfort, we recognized that not every person perceives comfort in the same way. If you prefer, it is possible to use the Spallow without the basin adapter.

WHAT IF THE SINK ADAPTER DOESN'T FIT MY SALON SINK?
Spallow is a one-of-a-kind salon neck rest system uniquely designed to fit the vast majority of salon sinks. Should you encounter a problem, please contact our customer service team at CustomerService@SalonComfort.com.

DOES THE SHAMPOO CHAIR NEED TO BE ADJUSTED WHEN USING THE SPALLOW?
The Spallow was designed so that adjusting the Shampoo chair is not necessary. However, on rare occasions, adjusting the chair may deliver a more comfortable experience.

THE SALON I GO TO USES A REGULAR NECK REST IN THEIR SHAMPOO BASIN. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Most stylists should be happy to accommodate your request.  Simply show them the Spallow and let them know you would like to use it during your shampoo.  The stylist should be able to remove the existing neck rest and allow you to use your Spallow.
